US Census Bureau
Your response matters.
Health clinics. Fire departments. Schools. Even roads and highways. The census can shape many different aspects of your community.
Ways To Respond
There are three ways to respond to the 2020 Census.
By April 1, 2020, every home will receive an invitation to participate in the 2020 Census. You will have three options for responding:
In mid-March, households will begin receiving official Census Bureau mail with detailed information on how to respond to the 2020 Census.
When can I respond to the 2020 Census?
Invitations to respond to the 2020 Census will be delivered between March 12-20. Once you receive that invitation, you can respond online, by phone, or by mail.

Different Timelines and Processes for Some Locations
If you live in the following locations, there will be some differences in your timeline for completing the 2020 Census or in the ways you can respond:
The U.S. Island Areas (American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Very remote areas, such as parts of northern Maine and Alaska.
Areas that experienced a natural disaster.
Group living arrangements, such as on-campus student housing, correctional facilities, military bases, health care facilities, and shelters.
For some people, it's not clear how they should count themselves or the people in their home. These circumstances may include:
People who live in more than one place.
People who are moving on Census Day (April 1, 2020).
People who are born or die on Census Day (April 1, 2020).
People experiencing homelessness.

Jubilee UCC walking For Your Health
We would like to start a walking group at Jubilee UCC. We hope for at least two-three days a week (as a group, we can settle on time) and for a central location (we might change locations with driving distance in mind for all walkers).
As Winter is upon us, we are aware that there are indoor trails and Malls to explore. Also, don't be concerned about keeping up. We are interested
only in a healthy pace for everyone.
In the next few days, please let one or both of us know if you are interested in joining us. In the past few weeks, we took a few walks at Allen
Pond in Bowie and at Lake Artemesia in Berwyn Heights/College Park -- a couple of pretty scenic walking paths. Please feel free to suggest other
walking areas if you're interested in walking in a group.
Thank you and best regards,
Laura (email: email@example.com) and
Sharon (email: firstname.lastname@example.org)

Update on Jubilee Service Sunday March 22, 2020
Tomorrow’s church service will be live on Facebook at our regular start time of 11:00am. Open Facebook and enter Jubilee UCC in the search box. When Jubilee’s Facebook page appears click on Like, then you should be able to view the service live.
For those of you who have no Facebook account, some of the service can be viewed later on our church website. The website is limited to no more than 15 minutes of video, therefore what you see will be limited and not the entire service from beginning to end.
Don’t forget that your tithes & offerings can be made electronically by clicking on MAKE A DONATION located on our website page. You can also mail your tithes/offering or drop them off in the mail slot at the church (to the left as you enter church).
Jubilee UCC is closely monitoring the Coronavirus with a focus on ensuring the safety and health of our members, friends and visitors. We will keep you updated on changes to our regular service in this Lenten season as we take practical measures to help stop the spread of this virus.
Let’s continue to pray for healthcare professionals and everyone affected by this virus. Be vigilant, follow CDC guidelines and be safe!
